How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

If you are not happy with any item you purchase, please contact me and I will gladly work with you to resolve your concerns. I do ask that the buyer pay for the shipping cost of returned items.

If an item is received damaged, a personalized decal is misspelled, or your items are incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us with your order numbers so we can make it right!

**If for some reason your items are lost or damaged in the mail, or your provide an incorrect mailing address, we are not responsible to offer a refund or send a replacement.**
